With all eyes on the World Economic Forum’s Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Report and ICCA’s latest destination rankings, SoolNua, the Ireland-based boutique consultancy for all things MICE, is proud to launch a new destination initiative, the SoolNua World ICECREAM Index.
Nominations were invited from meetings industry professionals resident in destinations where, they believe, the world’s best ice-cream is available or, indeed, from MICE road warriors who believe they’ve found the perfect ice-cream in India or Italy or Ireland or Indonesia. Individual ice-cream producers who thought they have the winning formula posted their entries.
