The Slovenian Convention Bureau is a body set up in 2004 to promote and market Slovenia as a meeting and incentive destination and to attract international MICE business to the country. This non-profit organisation is a useful source of expert and objective information on destinations, meeting venues and service providers. The Slovenian Convention Bureau acts as a professional intermediary between meeting planners and suppliers, assisting organisers to select the most appropriate solution for their event. The members include convention centres and hotels, PCO's and DMC's, the Ljubljana Convention Bureau and other service providers. Slovenian Tourist Board is our strategic partner.

The Slovenian Convention Bureau is the central point of contact for meeting planners seeking objective information and advice on all aspects of organising an event in Slovenia, including:

• technical suppliers
• catering services
• restaurants and banqueting facilities.

Acting as an independent guide and providing a free of charge service, we will afford you all necessary information, assist in finding the ideal location for your event, connect you with the most suitable partners and forward your request for proposal.

We may supply you with every necessary detail about our country, as well as maps, brochures, DVD's and photographs to enable you to make the choice that suits you best. To conclude your decision-making, we can also co-ordinate an inspection visit.
