In 3 hours, you will cross the whole country by car

Slovenia is an incentive heaven for groups that prefer extremely short distances, great variety in landscape, rich history, green and eco mindset, fresh locally prepared cuisine and a unique mix of Alpine and Mediterranean. Positioned in the middle of Europe, it has 59 major rivers, 321 lakes and a beautiful forest, that covers 66 % of its territory. That makes it perfect for sport and adrenaline activities, such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning, hiking, climbing or cycling. And the best part – from landing at the Brnik airport, you need 20 min to the capital or 30 min to lake Bled, where to Julian Alps start.

Special events of Intours DMC in 2017

In 2017, Intours DMC hosted more than 40 MICE groups in Slovenia. Their guests loved charming and green capital Ljubljana, alpine jewels – lake Bled and Bohinj, Soča river – adrenaline heaven, Karst region – culinary kingdom, Piran – coastline historic city, etc.

Olive oil grove heaven in Istria

The story of family Lisjak goes back more than a thousand years, when their ancestors started to produce olive oil for personal usage. Still, some of their olive trees are more than three hundred years old. Oil mill Lisjak is located in the wonderful Slovene countryside of Primorje among olive groves and vineyards of Koper’s hinterland.

Picnic lunch at Lipica estate

Located in the picturesque Karst region of Slovenia, sheltered under the shade of century-old lime trees and oaks, lies the Lipica Stud Farm – the cradle of the Lipizzaner horse. The estate offers amazing picnic lunch in the nature and you can even eat in the oldest horse stable from 1580. A truly once in a life-time venue for a lunch.
