Bled Castle, which is located on the cliff above the lake, offers an exceptional view of the beautiful sights of Bled and the surrounding Alps. Last year it attracted more than 365,000 visitors. Many of them come to see the fabulous view of the lake with an island. However, every month more and more curiosity attracts also the renovated Bled Castle restaurant, which is under management of Jezeršek catering since March 2015.
The Bled Castle restaurant, serves local and regional dishes prepared in a modern and sophisticated manner, while maintaining a culinary heritage of Gorenjska region and whole Slovenia. The renovated restaurant can accommodate up to 96 persons, while on the terrace there are 100 seats available. Restaurant is suitable for a la carte lunch and dinner as well as for weddings, business receptions and other events. If you are interested in hosting special banquets and meetings there are also available “Knights’ Hall”, which can accommodate up to 70 guests and “Protocol room”, which can accommodate six guests.
Due to more and more of domestic and foreign tourists Bled castle restaurant, advise you to book your table as soon as possible. Upon prior reservation of lunch or dinner, you will be able to enter without paying extra for the ticket to the Castle. While at the castle, you can peek at an old printing house, Castle’s museum, a smithy and wine cellar. There is also a rich accompanying program with medieval games, dances and costumes throughout all year. The main objective of Jezeršek catering to Bled Castle is to establish itself as one of the most important culinary points in Slovenia, which offers modern interpreted traditional dishes and drinks, and a friendly and professional service.
They have brightened this year’s offer at the Castle with renovated Coffee shop on the lower terrace, and soon they are planning to open a small Gift shop at Castle’s tower, which will enrich the offer of Bled Castle even more.
