The 21st Slovenian Medicine Days and the 6th Slovenian Drug Addiction Conference will open the forthcoming congress season at CD Congress Centre that will last until the end of 2018. Both conventions are national in character, boast a long tradition of several years and have acquired the status of a must attend event.
The Slovenian Medicine Days is the main educational event of the Slovenian Family Medicine Association and focuses on innovations in treating and diagnosing diseases detected in a national setting.
The Drug Addiction Conference is dedicated to reporting discoveries and problems in the areas of addiction prevention, treatment, cure and damage control. The conference prides itself on the fact that its findings occasionally outstrip those announced abroad.
In April and May, Cankarjev dom will host and/or organise the following events: EuroPrevent (17–21 April, up to 1500 attendees), EENA (25–27 April, up to 700 attendees), the 18th International Conference on Harmonics and Quality of Power – ICHQP 2018 (13–16 May, up to 400 attendees), the 26th European Conference on General Thoracic Surgery – ESTS (26–30 May, up to 2000 attendees).
