A new culinary experience hit the streets of Slovenia this summer. Culinary delights created by FerFud food truck are now affordable to all and benefit for people in need.
FerFud is a food truck which has become an important part of numerous festivals and special events in Slovenia this summer. It has been surprising visitors and guests with delicious street food bites. But there is more to the story.
FerFud is on a special mission. This food truck serves tasty bites at a fair price set by the people who eat them. They pay as much as they want and the entire profit goes for charity for the project »Botrstvo« i.e. »Patronage«.
Idea of this CSR project goes to Hofer supermarkets. Their quality ingredients are used to create tasty street food. The culinary team created delicous street food with recipes originating from traditional Slovene gastronomy. Chef Luka Jezeršek, Jezeršek Catering, stands behind the recipes and food preparation process. He mentors the two young FerFud chefs who travel around Slovenia 5 days each week. Jezeršek has been a food truck fan for long time and therefore this cooperation immediately seemed a perfect match:
