In line with today’s application–driven world, the Grand Hotel Union, one of Ljubljana’s finest hotels, has launched an App giving users access to the hotels facilities and the fabulous range of attractions and places of interest that the city has to offer. It’s helpful, easy to use, and a real time saver – like having a concierge in your pocket!
The App was developed By Guest Services Worldwide and is currently available on iTunes. It offers full Smartphone and tablet functionality and provides the user with access to a location and direction facility with map visual, if the option of the GPS has been activated.
The user can easily browse the Grand Hotel Union services and see the full range of facilities that are available to guests. One can view accommodations and book directly through the device by using the reservation options within the Apps main menu. Moreover, it gives the user a chance to arrange a host of concierge services in App such as dining reservations, floral arrangements, transportation services, babysitting services, or any other special request.
Furthermore, local businesses have included information for the benefit of guests and these provide a range of local services and offers that guests of the Grand Hotel Union can take advantage of.
Once the App is downloaded, it can be accessed without an Internet connection. Some features such as the maps however still need an internet connection.
