The Best Western Premier Hotel Lovec in Bled welcomes a new head chef, the experienced professional Jure Kordež is taking the lead in the kitchen of the Grill Lovec Restaurant and offers a series of fresh new dishes. The 33-year-old chef’s creations are different. His personal mission is to offer modern and fresh dishes with an appealing appearance. Kordež brings along a profound knowledge of both the French and the Mediterranean cuisines combined with love for the down-to-earth local Slovenian kitchen. Therefore, his culinary relies on the traditions of the Upper Carniola region combined with modern techniques for the preparation and presentation of his food.
