We are proud to share that the destination earned the first ever certificate&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zero Waste Certified City<\/a>&nbsp;awarded by Mission Zero Academy. Third-party experts evaluated the implementation and execution of sustainable and circular solutions and awarded Bled with the certificate Zero Waste Certified City.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.missionzeroacademy.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mission Zero Academy (MiZA)<\/a>, powered by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerowasteeurope.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zero Waste Europe<\/a>, aims at accelerating the European cities\u2019 zero waste transition and circular economy implementation at the local level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next to the newly awarded certificate, Bled is also a proud holder of gold designation through the Slovenia Green scheme, a member of Alpine Pearls Group promoting sustainable mobility. In 2019 the destination Bled was recognised as second in Europe by non-governmental project Destinations Green in 2019 for its sustainable development.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2022 Euro Master Regatta comes to Bled<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bled \u2013 a jewel among the Alps will welcome&nbsp;Euro Master Regatta and rowing enthusiasts&nbsp;from 16. to 19. June 2022.
