The main theme will be&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Cycling the change&#8221;<\/strong>. Seven plenary sessions and 66 mixed sessions&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.velo-city2022.com\/Programme\/\">will take place<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first day of the congress,\u00a0<strong>52 exhibitors<\/strong>. The highlight of this year&#8217;s Velo-city will\u00a0<strong>be the 11-kilometer\u00a0cycling parade<\/strong>\u00a0along the streets of Ljubljana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The congress will be attended by representatives of cities, businesses, institutions and civil society.\u00a0Among the most prominent participants will certainly be leading experts in the field of sustainable mobility, including\u00a0<strong>Jan Gehl<\/strong>, one of the world&#8217;s most renowned urban planners, former European Commissioner\u00a0<strong>Violeta Bulc<\/strong>, former European Commission member\u00a0<strong>Karl Falkenberg\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Decaux<\/strong>, one of the CEOs of the JCDecaux group, which also includes\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bicikelj.si\/en\/home\">the BicikeLJ system<\/a><\/strong>.
