Aligned with its energy-efficiency goals, the venue is currently replacing all lighting systems with LED technology. Its halls are equipped with advanced heating and cooling systems, allowing precise monitoring and optimisation of energy use. The venue\u2019s approach to waste reduction is both structured and forward-thinking. Currently, 12 different types of waste are separated at its central waste management area, including glass, mixed materials, cardboard, EPS (styrofoam), and carpets. At least five of these categories are processed for raw material recovery. Newly introduced flooring solutions in the A\u2013C complex will eliminate the need for disposable carpets, significantly cutting event-related waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The venue<\/a> also maintains and expands its green outdoor areas, with tree planting initiatives that support urban biodiversity. Looking ahead, a modern bike station with charging facilities for electric bicycles is planned, promoting green mobility among visitors and delegates. Sustainable transport is further supported through a partnership with Ljubljana Public Transport, which offers free city transit to all event participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
