Over 120 forums have taken place globally since 2003 with more than 7,000 students participating in the forums to date. Conventa has been hosting Future Leaders Forum for years. One of last year\u2019s participants said: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI learned a lot of new things, I met a lot of people I didn\u2019t know before. But the most important thing is that I got the answer: I would like to do that kind of work.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This year The Future leaders programme will include <strong>\u00bbThe Future Leaders\u2019 Guide to Career Development\u00ab<\/strong> that will through different career stories of both young professionals and experienced industry veterans show the students how to get started in the industry and give them useful advice and new ideas for their own career development. Through <strong>\u00bbMeetings Industry Insights\u00ab<\/strong> experienced professionals will reveal all there is to know about MICE industry. The <strong>\u00bbCreative Challenge\u00ab<\/strong> will demand teamwork to sell a destination to a specific client with specific needs. The best team will of course win a great prize. The highlight of the programme will be the <strong>\u00bbRoundtable session \u2013 Meet the Experts\u00ab<\/strong> and the speech of the guest speaker that will be known in days to come.<\/p>\n<p>Students interested in attending IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum can apply on-line.
