Restaurants from all over the world have been chosen by the jury lead by Alain Ducasse to participate in the project \u201cGo\u00fbt de France \/ Good France 2016\u201d. Restaurant Sophia which is a part of the hotel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kempinski.com\/en\/istria\/palace-portoroz\/welcome\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kempinski Palace Portoro\u017e Hotel<\/a> has been chosen among many leading international restaurants to participate in this remarkable project. The purpose of this project is to promote the merits of French cuisine and its values.<\/p>\n<p>For the second consecutive year, <strong>\u201cGo\u00fbt de France \/ Good France\u201d<\/strong> will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on <strong>March 21, 2016<\/strong>. Over thousand chefs, on all five continents will join the event on the first day of Spring. High-end culinary evening will be held in an enchating setting of <strong>restaurant Sophia at the Kempinski Palace Portoro\u017e Hotel<\/strong>, so mark your calendar on March 21, 2016 and join them for a Slovene-French culinary expirience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGo\u00fbt de France \/ Good France\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nIn 1912, Auguste Escoffier started Les D\u00eeners d\u2019\u00c9picure (Epicurean Diners): one day, one menu, served in cities around the world, to as many guests as possible. In 2015, the first edition of Go\u00fbt de\/Good France took the idea further, bringing all categories of restaurants together globally.
