{"id":5347,"date":"2016-07-19T08:42:15","date_gmt":"2016-07-19T08:42:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.slovenia-convention.com\/?p=5347"},"modified":"2016-07-19T08:43:50","modified_gmt":"2016-07-19T08:43:50","slug":"smrekarjev-hram-reopens-new-look","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.slovenia-convention.com\/sl\/smrekarjev-hram-reopens-new-look\/","title":{"rendered":"Smrekarjev Hram Reopens With New Look"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Iconic Ljubljana restaurant Smrekarjev hram will soon re-open its doors\u00a0following a two-month refurbishment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ljubljana Quality Selection award winner in the category \u201cFine Dining Restaurants\u201d where a top team of chefs is\u00a0responsible for an ultimate culinary treat entwined with a range of quality wines, will soon\u00a0get a new look and feel.\u00a0The rebirth of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.union-hotels.eu\/en\/grand-hotel-union\/culinary-offer\/smrekarjev-hram-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\">Smrekarjev hram<\/a> will perfectly compliment the already diverse culinary offer that Union Hotel\u2019s congress guests can enjoy when staying in Ljubljana. The restaurant closed its doors for renovation on the 17th June and will <strong>re-open in the middle of August<\/strong>. Guests of the Grand hotel Union and Grand hotel Union Business as well as visitors of Ljubljana will soon be able to embark on a brand new culinary journey.<\/p>\n<p>On one hand the multiple times awarded Smrekarjev hram will maintain a little bit of the art of the famous painter Hinko Smrekar and will stay true to its offer of modern <strong>international cuisine spiced up with a Slovene touch<\/strong>. On the other hand the renovation will introduce <strong>big novelties<\/strong>. New name and image of the restaurant will be topped by amuzing\u00a0<strong>bistro concept with live cooking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jorg Zupan<\/strong>, restaurant&#8217;s <em>Chef de\u00a0Cuisine<\/em>\u00a0has just returned from Malmo where he was cooking with the\u00a0head chef of a three Michelin stars restaurant and will most definitely deliver a mouth-watering culinary experiences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iconic Ljubljana restaurant Smrekarjev hram will soon re-open its doors\u00a0following a two-month refurbishment.
