The \u0160kocjan Caves<\/strong><\/a> remain the only monument in Slovenia and the Classical Karst region on UNESCO\u2019s list of natural and cultural world heritage sites<\/strong>. Thus, they hold a significant position among the world\u2019s natural monuments.The lush fields of the Karst<\/strong> are home to\u00a0a rare breed of white stallion<\/strong> \u2013 the Lipizzaner horse.\u00a0Lipica Stud Farm<\/a><\/strong> is a must-visit, it’s one of the oldest stud farms in the world and the birthplace of the Lipizzaner.<\/p>\n
