Scientists, engineers, and researchers\/policy makers working in the area of landslide technology, landslide disaster investigation and landslide remediation are encouraged to share their work with the global community by submitting papers and presenting their work at the WLF4. The main challenge is the <strong>global promotion of understanding and reducing landslide disaster risk<\/strong> and <strong>implementing sustainable development goals<\/strong> by taking into account the sweeping climate change and devastating natural disasters.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cd-cc.si\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">CD Congress Centre Ljubljana<\/a><\/strong> has since 1980 <strong>importantly contributed to Slovenia\u2019s international recognition<\/strong>, charting its progress in the global meetings industry, and thereby also bolstering Slovenia\u2019s scientific potential and renown.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Landslide research and risk reduction for advancing culture of living with natural hazards will be the main focus at the\u00a04th World Landslide Forum, taking place in Slovenian capital at the\u00a0CD Congress Centre.
