With their multipurpose halls, they basically hosted one event after another, from the <strong>56th Home Fair<\/strong>, the biggest building fair in the region which attracted <strong>56,000 visitors<\/strong> who saw the offer of <strong>580 companie<\/strong>s from <strong>32 countries<\/strong> in in the beginning of March. Right after that, GR hosted one of the most important and expected event this year \u2013 after 16 years,\u00a0the <strong>Slovenian Motor Show<\/strong>\u00a0has returned to Ljubljana, presenting the novelties and the latest trends of automobilism and attracting the record number of approximately\u00a0<strong>75,000 visitors<\/strong>. The\u00a0<strong>Mercedes Benz Fashion Week<\/strong>\u00a0successfully connected the prestigious car show with fashion, presenting the future trends and some of the best fashion designers in the region, followed by the <strong>Cosmetics Fair Love &amp; Beauty<\/strong>\u00a0in April.<\/p>\n<p>This spring, GR \u2013 Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre and their\u00a0<strong>acoustically renovated Kocka Hall<\/strong>\u00a0served as the concert stages of live music events and in organization with the National Television RTV SLO, organized the\u00a0<strong>Slovenian Eurovision Song Contest 2017<\/strong>\u00a0with all the media splendour and glamour.<\/p>\n<p>And putting the glamour aside, all that time, the Events &amp; Congress department of GR \u2013 Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre\u00a0has also been planning some of the <strong>international expert meetings<\/strong> at the highest level which they will host this year: at the end of June the\u00a0<strong>World Congress in Fetal Medicine<\/strong>, in the middle of September the\u00a0<strong>47th\u00a0EABCT \u2013 Congress of the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive\u00a0Therapies<\/strong>, at the end of the same month the\u00a0<strong>EUROSON 2017 \u2013 29th\u00a0Congress of European Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>Eurocities Ljubljana<\/strong> on circular economy\u00a0in mid-November. And the common thread of all the events?
