Ljubljana\u2019s congress providers are very well aware of it. Therefore, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cd-cc.si\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cankarjev dom<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ljubljanafair.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GR<\/strong><\/a>, as partners of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitljubljana.com\/en\/ljubljana-convention-bureau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ljubljana CVB<\/strong><\/a> and as most actively involved in the international marketing in the segment of scientific and professional associations, work on the communication with the associations, development of business relationships and on acquiring their trust and events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Associations World Congress \u2013 AWC 2018<\/strong> was this time (after Berlin 2016 and Wienna 2017) hosted in <strong>Antwerp<\/strong>. The event was attended by <strong>95 providers (business partners) from 22 countries<\/strong> who presented their offer in booths in the loby while having a chance for business networking with clients. Additional interaction was provided through workshops ran during the educational programme.<\/p>\n<p>AWC, the most established European professional forum in the segment of associations, this year hosted <strong>250 representatives of associations<\/strong> who discussed divers specifics of the activities, challenges and trends that they face. The focus was onto the area of strategic operations, management and content development, as well as onto trends where the development of technology, opportunities in digital environment and marketing, like reaching the millenium generation with more dynamic contents, were emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Ljubljana\u2019s partners \u2013 CD, GR, Ljubljana CVB \u2013 are looking forward to furtherly promote Ljubljana for scientific and professional events at the <strong>AWC 2019<\/strong> which will be held in <strong>Swedish G\u00f6teborg between 7 and 9 April, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GR \u2013 Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (GR), Cankarjev dom Cultural and Congress Centre (CD), and Ljubljana Convention Bureau between 12-14 March joined forces on a business event intended for the representatives of scientific and professional associations \u2013 AWC 2018.
