Participants visited Lipica, the enchanting country of Lipizzan horses, tasted the culinary delights of Slovenia and Ljubljana, dined in secret locations and met intriguing people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The annual Pink Week celebration has played a vital role in transforming Slovenia (the only country with \u2018love\u2019 in its name) into one of <strong>Europe\u2019s leading LGBT <\/strong>plus\u00a0destinations and has helped put Slovenian LGBT plus tourism offering on the map.<\/p>\n<p><strong>InterContinental Ljubljana<\/strong> with central location <strong>overlooking the pink colored Ljubljana Castle<\/strong>, served as a perfect venue for this year&#8217;s <strong>Dragon\u2019s Ball<\/strong>, starting with a gala dinner and followed by a vivid party. For this special gastronomic occasion, <strong>Executive Chef of InterContinental Ljubljana Komnen Baki\u0107<\/strong> cooperated with <strong>Slovenian ethnologist Dr. Janez Bogataj<\/strong> and in synergy they have created the menu <em><strong>&#8221;Tastes of Lovers&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> in order to recapture traditional Ljubljana&#8217;s cuisine prepared in a modern way.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers from <strong>Imperial Luxury Slovenia<\/strong>, Matej Knific &amp; Mattej Valencic summerized, \u201c<em>We are pleased that together with the joint engagement of all partners, the Slovenian Tourist Board and Ljubljana Tourism, we organised Pink Week for the fifth year.
