Taste Slovenia: The European Food Summit

The European Food Summit will take place between 16 and 19 March in Slovenia and will bring together the greatest global culinary names and great minds in the culinary, art and media sectors to inspire us with their stories and encourage us to think more progressively and work towards a better and sustainable future. Visit us and see for yourselves that Slovenia deserves the prestigious title of the European Region of Gastronomy 2021. Over the four days, numerous events will take place, including a conference of experts led by Ana Roš, a world-renowned chef, and Andrea Petrini, one of the key players in numerous global culinary projects and most influential people in gastronomy.

Partnered with theSlovenian Tourist Board (STB) and Ljubljana Tourism, the European Food Summit will be held in stunning Slovenia, at the crossroads of European geographies and cultures, and is bound to its mission to become the most important European culinary event and a unique platform that contributes to the shaping of a sustainable European future.
