The new season of beautiful vintage train journeys on the Bohinj Railway is about to begin.
Treat your guests to one of the world’s most magnificent rail daytrips. But don’t take our word for it – this is what the famous The Telegraph UK newspaper has to say about it:
“The three-hour journey from Jesenice to Nova Gorica winds through the Julian Alps, burrowing through 36 tunnels and crossing the world’s longest stone arch railway bridge over the Isonzo Gorge. A steam locomotive pulls historic passenger carriages with staff in the uniforms of the Austro-Hungarian Empire which built the railway between 1900 and 1906.” as written in The Telegraph UK.
These vibrant new programmes full of new flavours and experiences will be organised in the 2019 season on the regular vintage train rides. They will in particular be welcomed by the clients who wish to hire the train for their guests and turn it into a venue for an unforgettable event.
