InterContinental Ljubljana has joined forces with public administration in the project “Partnership for change” by AmCham Slovenia and the Ministry of Public Administration.
Partnership for change has just started its 5th edition. This year the InterContinental hotel Ljubljana has joined the project since the organizers have recognized the hotel as a respected partner that shares similar values and is oriented towards improving the social and business environments.
InterContinental Ljubljana hosted Ms. Lana Čivre from the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology with the goal of sharing good practices between the public administration and the private sector while exchanging ideas and useful solutions.
Both the employees of the hotel and Ms. Čivre have approached the project with great enthusiasm, eager to learn from one another. The exchange program lasted a full week in which Ms. Čivre had the opportunity to work closely with all of the departments within the hotel. The collaboration will definitely have great impact on all parties included since it is very important to keep up with the constant changes. Both the hotel management and AmCham agree that open dialog is crucial for development in the field of economy, science, social environment and the country itself.
