Norwegian Airlines launched a new direct route between Ljubljana and Copenhagen

In late April 2024, Norwegian Airlines is set to launch a new route connecting Ljubljana Airport to Copenhagen, enhancing travel options and strengthening ties with Nordic countries. 

A much-anticipated addition is on the horizon for Slovenia, as Norwegian Airlines is set to launch a new route connecting Ljubljana and Copenhagen in late April. This development promises to enhance the connection with the Danish capital and foster improved links with the Nordic countries. The significance of this introduction extends beyond the direct route, presenting exciting opportunities for onward journeys through the extensive network of connections at Copenhagen Airport, renowned as the largest Northern European aviation hub.

The flight network from Ljubljana airport will see a notable expansion in the upcoming summer schedule, offering travelers a diverse selection of at least 26 connections. Among these, passengers can anticipate three new destinations – in addition to Copenhagen, also Madrid and Riga.

The new route to Copenhagen is scheduled for April 29, 2024. Flights will be available twice a weekinitially on Mondays and Fridays, with an increase to Tuesdays and Saturdays during the peak summer season.
