On 8–9 September 2025, Ljubljana will host the 10th anniversary of Conventa Crossover, featuring the grand finale of the Conventa Best Event Award (CBEA). A record 55 events from 16 countries have made it to the finals.
Finalists will compete in four categories (B2B, B2C, B2E and Crossover). Special prizes will also be awarded, including Best Slovenian Event, the Rising Star Award for the most promising young agency, and the award for Best Strategic Communication Event.
Live pitching will take place on 8 September at Ljubljana Castle, with winners announced the following day. The evaluation follows CBEA’s unique 80:20 model, where the expert jury contributes 80% of the score and the festival audience 20%.
