Tourist Board Portorož has officially unveiled a new corporate visual identity for the destinations of Portorož and Piran, centered on the profound symbolism of the salt crystal. This fresh identity introduces the first dynamic logo in Slovenian tourism and the new slogan “The Jewel of Istria,” positioning the destination within the premium travel segment. The transformation is further enhanced by a modernized web portal, portoroz.si, which ensures a seamless user experience and reflects the brand’s commitment to accessibility through the innovative inclusion of Braille elements in its visual system.
MSc Patricija Gržinič, Director of the Portorož Tourist Board, emphasized that the redesign aims to elevate the brand’s perceived value by harmoniously connecting the romantic heritage of Piran with the vibrant modernity of Portorož. Following a record-breaking 2025 with nearly two million overnight stays and the prestigious Meetings Star award, early indicators for the upcoming season are highly promising. With intensive promotional campaigns already active across key European markets and a strategic vision set through 2030, Portorož and Piran are poised for continued growth and excellence.
