This year’s theme of the European Association for Tourist Offices, Convention Bureaux and City Marketing Organisations annual meeting is dedicated to the complex and rapidly changing driving forces of urban tourism – technological development, consumer behavior, the importance and role of DMOs, the latest marketing trends and other elements that will be key in shaping the future destination management.
