TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLASSICAL EDUCATIONAL TRIPS

Our classical educational trips are fully hosted, including flights, accommodation, meals, transfers and ground program in each city.

Please note that in case your chosen flight ticket would exceed our budget, you will be asked to cover remaining costs, especially for flights outside of Europe or without direct connection with Slovenian airport.

In case we confirm your participation and you accept a place at the educational trip with completion of the confirmation form, you can expect a flight suggestion that suits your departure / arrival airport and the schedule of educational trip. After the flight ticket is purchased any cancellation will be charged at the full value of the flight ticket.

Travel to and from your departure airport, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.).

The study tours will be conducted for potential clients in meetings and events industry from Slovenia’s target key markets, i. e. mostly for the European based meetings, events & incentive professionals and is open to senior and appropriate individuals from event companies with international business needs.

Please note that completion and submission of this qualification form do not automatically guarantee a place at our familiarization trip due to high demand. We will acknowledge your application, and shortly after confirm, if you have secured a place on the fam trip.
