Tone and Pavla are two robots that will serve you at the Park Café in Bled. A pilot project aimed at easing the workload of waiters is another step closer to digitalisation for Sava Hotels & Resorts.
If you stop at Bled’s Park Café for an original Bled cream cake, don’t be surprised if it is delivered to you by a friendly digital serving trolley. The robot can even sing the Happy Birthday song or wish you bon appétit! Tone and Pavla are the café’s friendly, talkative new helpers. They save the waiters several kilometres of walking every day, making their work considerably easier. You will be enchanted by their energy, the same as the waiters who now have more time to focus on the guests.
Tone and Pavla are part of a pilot project aimed at easing the workload of waiters. The introduction of digital waitstaff to deliver food and drinks is another step closer to digitalisation for Sava Hotels & Resorts.
Let us recall: in spring 2019, the Park Café, which is home to the one and only original Bled cream cake, was renovated for the first time after almost 30 years. The renovated café is now decorated with spruce wood, which is a recurring theme in the renovated accommodations of Sava Hotels & Resorts at Bled. Guests now have a chance to enjoy the attractive refurbished atmosphere with the most beautiful view of all the famous Bled sights: Lake Bled, the island, and the castle.
