From 24 to 26 February, Grand Hotel Union hosted MikroTik User Meeting (MUM) conference for European customers. More than 1.500 participants from more than 50 countries attended the annual event.
MikroTik is a Latvian company that provides hardware and software for Internet connectivity in most of the countries around the world. Since 2006, the company has organized already 111 MikroTik User Meetings worldwide. In February, the annual MUM was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The conference was intended for corporate network engineers, internet service providers and companies with MikroTik related products and services. Focus of the user meeting was a comprehensive range of talks about using MikroTik products in various environments and applications. More than 20 speakers from all over the world took the stage to explain where and how MikroTik RouterOS is being used and to present new plans for enterprise routing applications, new ideas and strategies as well as new opportunities for MikroTik products and services.
The conference that was complimented by the exhibition area was a success and the delegates that were mostly visiting Ljubljana for the first time were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, the helpfulness of the hotel staff and the warm atmosphere the venue offered.
