GoOpti took transfer organization off Conventa’s “to-do” list

When organizing an international business event, there is always a logistical challenge to assure on-time and direct transfers for all participants. In January, GoOpti took over ground transfer for around 160 meeting planners coming to Conventa from around 30 countries.

Organizers also this year invited GoOpti to be their official partner on Conventa 2015. The decision was easy – they decided on the basis of previous collaboration and satisfied experience. GoOpti as a transportation company provides an easy way for organizing reliable transfers from airports to any kind of event – corporate meetings, seminars, conferences, fairs, concerts or even weddings.

GoOpti assigned a personal coordinator who was directly in charge of Conveta, offering its 24/7 (non-stop) assistance which allowed organizational team to focus on the program and not worrying about transfers.

For Conventa participants the GoOpti experience began at airport where they met a professional, uniformed GoOpti driver, who was on time, well-informed in the field of transportation and an absolute professional. Warm and professional welcome is a part of GoOpti experience, which is followed by a safety ride in our newest and modern vehicles.

Miha Kovačič, Director of Slovenian Convention Bureau and Conventa Organizer: “GoOpti has done a great job for the second consecutive year. We had more than 160 meeting planners attending Conventa this year and they all arrived safely and with comfort to their hotel in Ljubljana thanks to great car service. We have to compliment GoOpti’s professionalism. As always, we couldn’t avoid the flight delays and cancellations but with the 24/7 assistance from GoOpti we managed to overcome all unforeseen problems. I am sure we will collaborate with GoOpti also in the future, not only for Conventa, but also for other meetings, events and congresses the Slovenian meeting industry plans.”
