March in Logar Valley will be marked by top-tier gastronomy, tradition, and the use of authentic local ingredients. Hotel Plesnik is preparing a month of culinary experiences, including a dumpling-making workshop with chef Janez Bratovž and the gourmet evening “Plesnik & Luka Košir.”
At this event, chefs Janez Bratovž and Tomo Čopar will be joined by one of Slovenia’s most innovative chefs, Luka Košir from the Grič restaurant. In addition, the opening of the fine dining restaurant Plesnik will take place, rounding off the festivities with Restaurant Week.
Last year, Hotel Plesnik upgraded its culinary offerings under the guidance of master chef and pioneer of modern Slovenian cuisine, Janez Bratovž.
